5. How to prevent them
  1. Do not transfer data via USB to a computer that has not got virus prediction software
    1. Do not open unknown emails
      1. Don't download data from unknown sites
        Run virus checks frequently

Hacking
1. Gaining access to unauthorised computers
2. Hackers may take/delete data
3. Plant viruses
4. Must have security on computer to prevent hackers access

Online safety
1. DONT give out personal info
2. meeting people online = dangerous have parents permission + be present
3. Be wary when accepting emails/messages
4. Encryption prevents interception

  1. Correct distance away from monitor

  1. Take frequaent short breaks
Safety risks
1. Trailing wires can trip people
  1. risk of fire/electrocution by bare/wore wires
    1. Unsecure equipment (on shelves may fall)
      1. Food and drink near computers (stickiness + spillage)
      2. Never have a water source in a computer room
