First Aid

Description

This is a step by step procedure for a first aid help. If you don't know how to do something don't try it because it can cause more damage. You are responsible for anything you do even if you are doing it to help the person. If in any situation you suspect any spinal injury (falling from heights) DON'T move the body because it can lead to permanent damage in the spine like paralysis. At all times you must remain calm.
