    1. After '.' is Tenths, Hundredths, Thousandths, etc.
      1. ADDITION:LINE UP DECIMAL POINTS
        1. SUBTRACTION;LINE UP DECIMAL POINT
          1. MULTIPLY: COUNT DECIMAL PLACES
          2. DIVISION: MOVE DECIMAL POINT IN DIVISOR AND DIVIDE
        2. ROUNDING
          1. If the digit to the right of the number you're rounding is greater than 5, add 1 to the number. If it's less, then leave the number be and erase any other numbers on the right side of it.
        3. FRACTION TO DECIMAL: NUMERATOR DIVIDED BY DENOMERATOR
          1. DECIMAL TO % : MOVE DECIMAL TWO PLACES TO THE LEFT
            1. % TO DECIMALS : MULTIPLY THE DECIMAL BY 100
            2. DECIMAL TO FRACTION: IF THERE ARE TWO 0s, PUT X/100, etc.
