SOCIAL MODEL OF DISABILITY
1 disability defined as the social consequences of having an impairment
1.1 disability awarness in action
2 it is the enviro which is disabling not the persons impairment
3 devised by group of disabled accademics concerned about barriers to participation in society they and others with impairmnets experience in their daily lives

3.1.3.1 the way society is organised, i.e: expectations held in wrkplacewhich can exclude s'one with an impairment
