Its important as its the foundation of the recruiting process. ll tell you the job titles, responsibilities, shifts and the wage. But not all information will be on there. you'll need to find this information at your interview or meeting
A person specification is a description of what the company wants in a applicant. this is really important as if you don't meet this criteria there is no point applying
