A job description is a document describing the general tasks, functions, and responsibilties of the position. this could be things like the hours, skills ,qualifications location etc
however this may not be in the advert as the advert will be too small so it must have to be on the contract before getting the job.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
A Person Specification a description of what a company is looking for in a person .this is a description of qualifications , skills , experiences , knowledge and attributes .
