The job description should include things like salary, duties, and your working hours.
Adverts might not have all of the full information for things like responsibilities and the benefits and perks.
the job description is definitely in the job contract. so they know what they are signing up for.

Person specification is what the company states what they are looking for in an applicant such as skill, grades and references.
