Morality decreases suffering
Not to harm living things
Not to take what hasn't been given
to avoid sexual conduct
Not to speak unworthy speech
To avoid both drugs and alcohol which damage the mind and body
Buddhist believe to change society it must be through change in ones self
Morality also eases the human conditions
