Oxalic Acid  Molecular Formula is - C2H2O4 Name; ethanedioic acid, Carboxylic acid Reducing agent-- it oxidises Salt is Oxalate AND Molecular Formula= C2O42- C2H2O4====> 2CO2+2H^+ + 2e- Typically it is C2H204. 2 H20 X IS 2 for the dihydrate Pottasium maganate is reduced MnO4- (+) 8H^+ (+) 5e- ====> Mn^2+ (+) 4H20 Mn is reduced from +7 to +2. Procedural Errors: Large percentage error using the weighing scale and also it is only repeated once.  Overall Equation for Pottasium Maganate and Oxalic acid 5C2H2O4 + 2MNO4- +6H^+ =====> 10CO2+ 2Mn^2+ 8H20 Percentage error (uncertain/ Volume measured) *100 For buretter times the error by 2.

Hi prettypriyaz, I was just wondering if this was regarding the OCR As level evaluative task for 2013 or is this the 2014 version? And is this the OCR A pathway or is it the OCR B (salters) ?
