- 11What is a repetitive strain injury and what causes them?Repetitive strain injury is damage to the wrist or fingers happens after a long period of time.

- 13What is eye strain and what is the cause?Usually caused by staring at a computer screen for a
long time. Particularly in poor light, in glare or with a
