Colour
- Changing colour from animation
Animation
- An object moving across the screen
- The object can move, based on the user's input, such as the speed and direction, making it more engaging.
- Uses a timer to create an animation
- Have an object changing size to fit the theme
- Changing the size of an object to make it seem closer or further away.
- A fish can have its scales animated, or a snake, making the picture fit the scales in the biological term.
- An object moving across the screen
Scale (theme)
- Geometric
- Have something be physically large, when its not meant to
- Show the different scale of things - ties into perspective.
- Perspective
- Orthographic
- Creates a 45 degree image to make it look like the image is being looked from a semi birds eye view

- Collision mask
- User control
- The game uses buttons that are obvious to the user and are comfortable to use.
- Menu system
- When the game is launched, there is a coherent menu system that allows the user to see the controls and start the game.
- Collision mask
- PC
- Creates a coherent picture
- The picture is easily identified as the object that was drawn.
- uses multiple colours
- Using multiple colours, along side with using for loops and the randint function can make a gradient, and will make the picture more appealing
- uses multiple graphic functions
- If multiple graphic functions are used correctely, along side with colours, a coherent picture can be formed.
- uses blank lines to break up the code
- This makes the code easier to read, along side with using comments effectively
- uses comments effectively
- Will make sure that who ever is reading the code can determine what it is
- animate atleast 2 parts of the image
- use 3 functions to draw something
- Can make something be randomised by changing the position
- use loops to position items
- Using loops in the game will allow the character to move, by using a while loop, along side with being able to randomise the level, such as placing down items.
- allow the player to control the sprite.
- Using inputs from the user will allow them to change the controls, alongside using keyboard and mouse inputs to control the character.
- do not allow the player to go off the screen
- Using invisible walls is a good way to stop the user from going to where they are not meant to go, however they can also go to a next level for a better experience, however this can later create bugs or make the game run slower if done incorrectly
- have the user collect something
- Using a collision mask in combination with the position of the item and character will allow the game to detect if it should delete the item. It will also make sure that the item can only be collected once.
- keep score of collected item
- Using a custom sprite will enhance the users experience by allowing them to visualise what they have collected. However it may occur that once the level changes, the score will reset, so it is vital that the score remains constant throughout the levels.

- loops
- can create alot of objects in rapid successtion.
- Functions
- can change the position and size of the objects with loops and by making functions.
- loops
Drawing ideas
- People the size of ants
- A giant squid looking over a boat
- Ocean can be moving
- Waves changing colour
- Ocean is going to be made out of arcs and triangles
- A large pirate ship rocking, however it looks insignificant to the squid
- Have the giant squid moving its tentacles over the ship
- Ocean can be moving

- task 2
- The aliens move in a random direction
- The player cannot move off the screen.
- THe player cant spam the bullets - cooldown.
