1. double circulatory system

   • one pumps de-oxygenated blood to the lungs to take in oxygen, then returns to heart
   • second pumps oxygenated blood to the rest of the body, giving out oxygen
     • deoxygonated blood goes to heart to the lungs

2. components of blood

   • red blood cells-transport oxygen
   • White blood cells-fighting infections
   • Plateles- blood clotting at injury site
   • Plasma-transporting nutrients(glucose, amnio acids, anitbodies,hormones, waste

3. red blood cells

   • Packed with haemoglobin (bind with oxygen)
   • No nucleus more haemoglobin
   • Biconacave shape more surface area for oxygen exchange

4. capillaries,

   • fluid moves to the tissue
   • nutrients and oxygen
   • takes waste co2
   • diffusion
