1DatabaseA database is a collection of information that is organized so that it can easily be accessed, managed and updated.

6ReportA database report is the formatted result of database queries and contains useful data for decisions making and analysis.
7FormsA form is part of a database for data entry and editing. A simple form consists of the fields from a table. More complex forms contain more information.
