Independent thinking & reflecting

6 Steps:

Generate ideas on own

Ideas recorded on flip chart

Resume group interaction

Vote on important ideas

Discuss the ideas with the most votes

Repeat steps 5 & 6 til you reach a conclusion

Gather info & date about the problem

More criteria = more complete
