How many averages are there? There are 3 averages
What are the averages called? Mode, Median and Mean
What is the mean? The mean is when you add all the numbers and then divide them by the number of numbers.
What is the median? The median is the average of the middle of the numbers when the numbers are in order of smallest to largest. If there are 2 middle numbers you add them together and then divide by 2.
What is the mode? The mode is the most common number in the sequence. there can be more than 1 mode and there can be no mode.
What is the range? The range is the largest number taken away from the smallest number.
