Grades reflect personal philosophy and human psychology as well as efforts to measure intellectual progress.

Papers. We must be write comments judiciously and legibly. Do not obliterate the text-use the margins.

There is a need to create a plan to assess students fairly.

A paper should be judged on its content, organization, and style.

Essays; Both formal papers and essay exams involve a great deal of subjective judgment.

RESPONDING TO GRADE CHALLENGES. No challenges to students' grades should be socialised beforehand.

There should be re-evaluation in case of student disagreements.
