1. I have used SUM on page _ in cell _ to add up the total of all of the products prices, delivery and any discounts. This lets the customer quickly see how much they owe, so they don't have to count it up themselves.

2. I have used MAX on page _ in cell _ to display the most a customer has spent. This allows me to target them with specific promotions.

3. I have used MIN on page _ in cell _ to display the least a customer has spent. This allows me to target them with specific promotions.

4. I have used a Single IF on page _ in cell _ to deduct a 10% staff discount from the total is the corresponding radio button is checked. This gives employees reason to shop at this store rather than at a competitors.

5. I have used a LOOKUP on page _ in cell _ to display to price of the product that the customer choose. This means the customer will be able to clearly see the price of products and not be startled when they come to check out their items.
