   • Speakers (output audio)
     • VDU or monitor display the visuals on screen

2. Input

   • Mouse (controls pointer)
     • Keyboard (For inputting words and characters)
       • Microphones (for inputting audio)
         • Scanner (For scanning text or images onto the computer)
           • Webcam (inputting video)

3. Processing

   • CPU or the central processing unit in computer acting similarly to a brain taking on the main tasks
   • Word processing software like word outputs keyboard
   • GPU or graphics cards are used to interpret graphics such as games, some CPU's have this built in to an extent
