2. Client

   • The requirements for Application
     • Include the ATO logo and name at the top of the program
     • Be navigable by either keyboard or mouse
     • Abide by ATO's software accessibility checklist
       • Mouse access
         • All the elements of the software must be usable with the mouse
       • Keyboard access
         • The software must provide keyboard equivalents for all mouse actions, including buttons and text entry fields
         • The program must provide clear and precise instructions for use of all keyboard functions
         • The software must have a logical tabbing order among fields, text boxes, and focal points
       • Screen elements
         • All descriptions or labels for fields must be positioned immediately to the left or directly above the control, and end in a colon, so that it is easy for screen reading software to associate the labels with the corresponding fields
         • Every window, object, and control must have a clearly named label
       • Display
         • The application must be free of patterned backgrounds used behind text or important graphics
       • Size
         • The size of text must be suitable for users with vision impairment or a method of altering text size
       • Colour
         • The colour scheme used must provide good contrast between various elements
         • The colour scheme used must be suitable for users with colour-vision deficiency (CVD)
     • Include the following disclaimer at the bottom “The data provided by this application is simply advisory and not necessarily an accurate figure”
