2. why do we use a computer to store data and not paper?

   • we use a computer to back up our data at school because it is easy to back up and if need we can give our data.

3. what do schools store about us ?

   • our attendance is stored to she how many days we have off.
   • Our behavier is stored to see how well we are acting.

   • They will also keep there perents information on if they need to cotacked them

   • the yellow pages are used to find numbers and information

5. Both

   • schools use both because they will have information on a computer and they have files that are paper
   • They also have files and folders to see your history and to see if you have any medical problems

6. computer

   • the police and the hospital use computers so they have a look at your records to see if you have done a crime in the passed or to look at something like a seete scan
