Profit sharing- Is where workers receive some of the money made by the business-Total profit of the business s £5million, percentage shared out 10% number of employees 160. 5 million x 10/100=500,000/160 = 3125 per worker

Bonus- Is an additional payment made to workers for achieving a target.- Total bonus= 100,000 for 40 workers= 100,000/40=2500 per worker

Fringe Benefits- Are additional benefits that workers receive on top of their pay.

Wages- Is the amount you get paid weekly-Number of hours worked times hourly rate = weekly pay 40 hours x 9 hours =360.00 weekly

Salaries- Set amount for the year paid in 12 monthly instalments.-Number of hours worked times hourly rate = weekly pay 40 hours x 9 hours =360.00 weekly
