C2f - acid and bases
Neutralisation - pH7
acid + base = salt + water
(hydrophilic acid + potassium = potassium + water)
Bases = oxides + hydroxides of metals
solubles = alkalies

C2f - fertilisers and crop yeild
Fertilisers - nitrogen
- phosphorus
- potassium
Alkali + acid (rod) + pH7 + evaporation + filter slowly = crystals
Eutrophication
fertilisers wash into lakes. Increases nitrates + phosphates (increases growth in algae)
algai blocks sunlight (plants die and rot)
increase in aerobic bacteria. Uses up oxygen (cant support organisms = fish die and go to heaven)

C2h - Sodium Chloride
sodium chloride is table salt
Electrolytes of concentrated sodium chloride solution, cathode + anodes!
