- 5.1) Primary Activities: They are the creation, sale, product and support or
- service. They consist of:
- • Inbound logistics: they are your reception, storage, Inventory control
- and transportation plannin In which these are all the activities
- connected to either rec ving your goods from suppliers and
- transporting them, as well as storing and distributing those items?
- • Operations: In operations they have the printing and Finishing of the
- product or service. So operati s include actions that are performed
- and related to the producti n of to the goods or service.
- • Outbound logistics: These are th actions that are made to finally
- distribute the product to the cu omer hands. It includes services such
- as Warehousing, Order Fulf ment, Transportation and Distribution.

- • Marketing & Sales: In Marketing & sales they make you aware of the product through means of persuasion in dverts, Discounts, Quality, promotions and sales. Also they mak sure to their clients purchase from them instead of their competitors.
- • Service: Service basically me s customer support. What this means that after when the product as been purchased they need to make sure that every product has maintained a certain degree of quality.
- In support activities they support they primary functions.
- • Procurement: (Also known as Purch sing) they find or obtain the resources they need to operate the usiness. Procurement contains Purchasing paper, printing, con mable stores, and other finishing.
- • Technology & Development: Within this activity they make continuous improve , technological advances as well as storing informatio3.dieeping up in this information age.
