- 1Word ProcessingWord processing packages are used to produce documents containing text such as letters, reports, etc.

- 12ReportThe output from a database in which the results are presented in a way that is controlled by the user (formatted i.e. tables/graphs/grouping/statistical summary/ results of searches)
- 13HyperlinksAn area of a web page usually a section of text or an image that contains a link to another location on the web OR a connection to another related page.
- 14FrameA frame is a section of a web page in which semi permanent activities can take place.
