About biochemistry quizzes
GoConqr OriginalWhat the biochemistry quizzes cover
The quizzes offer different ways to check your understanding. Chapter 2 – Cengage asks about subatomic particles and mass number. Unit 2 Practice Quiz compares carbohydrates and lipids and asks about biological macromolecules. Enzymes includes questions on Km, Vmax and factors affecting reaction rates.
Choosing and using a quiz
For a starting point on atoms, try Chapter 2 – Cengage. If you are revising biological molecules, Chapter 2: Chemical Foundations asks about the bonds joining their building blocks. You can then use AP Bio Chapter 3 to practise questions on polymers and amino acids.
After a quiz, look again at the questions you found difficult. Switch to a mind map on the Biochemistry unit page if you want an overview, or use flashcards to revisit terms. Then return to a quiz to check your understanding. Choose a topic and explore the quizzes that match it.
Frequently asked questions
Which quiz can I start with?
For questions about atoms, start with Chapter 2 – Cengage, which covers subatomic particles and mass number. For biological molecules, Unit 2 Practice Quiz asks you to compare carbohydrates and lipids and identify monomers. Choose the topic that matches what you are currently revising.
Are these quizzes free to use?
Yes. Every quiz listed here is free to open, study and take without an account. The quizzes were made by GoConqr users, not by GoConqr. A free account also lets you save quiz scores and make your own quizzes, mind maps, flashcards and notes.
Which levels do the quizzes suit?
The collection includes resources for school and university study. Some listed resources mention A-level Chemistry, A-level Biology or GCSE Biology. School students, university students and professional candidates can use the quizzes to practise topics on this page, while teachers can find ready-made material.
