   • Availability: Data can be available anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection

2. Security is a big risk because you will have no control over the files you have stored it is in the companies hands now to keep all of your data save.

3. Reliability might not be always reliable it depends on how fast and reliable the host is in order to access your files
