1. Advantages to customers

   • Quick and easy to use
   • A wide variety of products
   • You don't have to leave your home
     • This is useful if there is bad weather(rain, storm or very heavy snow), If you live in a remote place out of town/city.
     • If you have any disabilities it's easier to shop online.
   • No opening/closing times, products can be bought 24/7
   • Goods are cheaper becuase of lower costs of internet business

2. Disadvantages to customers

   • Quality might get reduced while being delivered. Weather conditions might affect product
   • Might find it confusing
     • User interface might not be very well set out for the older generation or anyone else
   • Not being able to physically inspect the goods before purchase
   • goods not arriving in time or at all

   • Save money on store and employees
   • Do not need to work long hours in shop
   • Can sell good to anyone in the world
   • Cheaper to keep in touch with customers as they can be emailed
   • No need to rent a shop due to virtual store

4. Disadvantages to store

   • Networks can fail meaning customers cannot access the store
   • Specialist ICT knowledge is need to set up the site
   • Virus attack could stop people from accessing the store
   • Postage charges can put people off
   • Not everyone has access to the internet so you could lose some customers
