word cascading means	the rules say you keep going down and down until you find the element which best describes the element
In css what we called first	Selector

margin	it has no background and it is transparent it is used to put gap between borders

border	it is a layer around the padding
content	the area where we write paragraph and text
what is minified bootstrap.min	when the user opens the web page or browser load web page. to avoid the load issue we use minified files. it takes less space and download faster
normally what type of file we use to apply the styling of bootstrep minified files or normal css files	normal css files
