The WBS: a hierarchical structure best represented by a graphical subdivision of the scope of work. - 4PBS/WBS - LevelsEvery subdivided package can b further divided when the level of detail increases.
Number of levels influenced by:
• Level of detail required;
• Level of risk;
• Value of product/Work package person hours.
