- 3What do consultatitive leaders do?Their decision is based on everyone's opinion and everyone's opinion is regarded equal.
- 4What do paternalistic leaders do?The base their decisions on the welfare of their subordinates. Their employees tend to be loyal
- 5What do Faire-Laissez leaders do?They do not make any decisions and let their workers to make their decisions and work independently. This leadership tends to unstable.
