It also allows the sports club to carry out transactions using the internet. This means that the sports club can access their accounts and keep track of them from anywhere. They ensure that bank accounts are secure, as they require logins and passwords. This means that the company feel confident that they are the only ones who have access to the accounts and therefore know what goes in and out |
| Describe two advantages and one disadvantage of using a wizard to create a presentation. | One advantage would be that no information would be missed of meaning that inexperienced users could create the presentation. Another advantage would be that a house style could be created, meaning more than one person can work on the presentation at one time. One disadvantage is that it is difficult to tailor the presentation for the needs of the user, which means that an experience user would be needed to tailor the documents. |
