What is a style sheet? A style sheet contains the instructions for the layout of a document, such as the font styles.Style sheets are used to maintain consistency throughout the document and across an organisation.

What is a Macro? A macro is a way to automate a task or procedure which you perform on a regular basis. A series of instructions and/or actions that can be recorded
What is a Data Entry screen? Data entered via the "screen", that will automatically be stored in the corresponding database table.

What is a check box? Options are provided with a box by the side of each option. The user can tick the check box to indicate the selection required
What is a option box? The user selects the required option from a group of available options or values.
What is a List box? A list of available options are displayed in the form of a drop down list. The user can select one or more items from the list.
What is a Spinner? A set of two arrows, one pointing up, one pointing down. The appropriate arrow is selected in order to increase or decrease a value by a pre-determined amount.
