What is, magnification? Is the number number of times the image is enlarged than the real size of the object ! M= Measured Length / Actual Length Remember MAgnification (Measured / Actual)
What is, Resolution? The ability to distinguish between two objects very close together .
How do we see images of the organelle in the cells? When the object interfere's with the light waves we see them. Unless the object is too small to interfere with the light waves it cannot be seen.
What are the two types of electron microscopes? TEM- Transmission electron microscope SEM- Scaning electron microscope
What is the ultra structure? The structure of a cell revealed by an electron microscope
