| Article V(5) | About amending ( changing ) the Constitution ; An amendment must be voted on by 2/3 rd of the Congress & 3/4 th of the states |
| Article Vl(6) | The Supremacy Clause ; says the Constitution & national laws are ABOVE state laws |
| Article Vll (7) | Says 9 of the 13 original states had to vote YES before the Constitution went into effect |
