Article IV relations between the states, include the Full, Faith, and Credit Clause
Article VI Supremacy Clause, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land
Article V Amending the Constitution, Proposed by 2/3rds of both houses in Congress Then it needs to be ratified by 3/4th of the states
9 of the 13 states has to vote Yes before the Constitution went into effect
