Life Cycle- Entering Tissues If the amastigote form enters the liver or bone marrow, visceral leishmania occurs
Life Cycle- Sandfly Bite 2 Sandfly takes blood meal and picks up amastigotes from blood
Life Cycle- Inside the Sandfly Converts from AM to PM form and matures
