   • Perceptions
     • Perceptions are the impressions, ideas, knowledge and experience people have of an organisation
   • Stakeholders
     • Stakeholders are people who have an interest in the well-being of an organisation
   • Communication
     • Communication is the process of transferring information from a person or group to another person or group

   • Create goodwill and a favourable image in its markets and avoid negative publicity

   • Tool for manipulation

4. Development

   • Trade Unionism

   • Increasing completion
   • Social awareness

5. Stakeholders

   • The people who have either invested their own money in the business
   • Should make sure that they have good relations with all levels of government
