                1. Park and Ride facilities on edge of city for commuters.
                  1. 200 miles of city paths, cycle storage at tram stops so people can bike and ride
                    1. No free car parking in city centre
                      1. City is compact, 70% of people live near a tram stop
            2. Problems - Poplulation growth leading to increased traffic congestion in narrow city centre streets
