My Understanding of Leadership

1. Values

   • Your values are what you embody as a leader or wish to attain as a leader.

2. Purpose

   • The reason that you do what you do, or why you do what you do. I believe all leaders have purpose in their leadership roles.

3. Faith

   • I believe your faith is what guides your understanding of leadership.

4. Direction

   • Direction is a very important part of leadership because in order to lead correctly, one must head into the right direction.

5. Compassion

   • The love for doing what you do.
