   1. No one is incharge but everyone is connected to each other through another person
      1. Example: Mutuals on Facebook
3. Pure Hierarchy
   1. One person in charge
4. Hierarchy and Meshwork
   1. Multiple Hierarchies can become interconnected and form a meshwork with multiple people in charge

   1. fuelled by social status, global recognition
      1. the need to improve oneself and to take what others have already accomplished and make it better

      1. watching others do well and have others watch you makes you want to 'step up your game'

      1. Examples: Apple iPhone 5, 5S, 5C
2. Disruptive
   1. Changing De Facto standard- redefines the industry by creating a new market through the introduction of a new product/service
      1. Examples: Apple MacBooks, Intel Processers

1. Accelerator
   1. funding a new startup business via loans, government grants and investors
2. Incubators
   1. Helps startup business by providing resources, educating them about the workforce
