                        1. When Hildy hears of a ghost committing murder, she is determined to find the truth.
                          1. Hildy discovers the mayor and the head of the local paper, Pen Piedmont, are in a scheme to remove residents off their land in order to build a haunted amusement park.
                            1. The mayor's involvement gets out and the people reject THE BEE in favor of Hildy's paper, THE PEEL. The park project and Piedmont both lose power.
