LETTER

Dear sir/madam.I am writing to respectfully ask you to replace my blue golf jumper with green check pattern.My reasons for this are:1. The sewing on the sholders and sleves were untidy and bunny eared.2. The left sleve is practicly hanging off.3. It's not machine washable.Because of this I was not able to ware the said jumper to my golf toniment on saterday which i would of won other wise.I would thus request that you:1. Send me a replacement jumper of the same brand and design2. Refund in full the postage of this letter which includs recorded dilivery, the stamp, envolope and fuel to go to the post office to post this letter(bill included)3. I would also request that you refund the £100 prize monny I would of won at the golf toniment.
