Isotonic - muscle contraction that results in muscle movement. - 4Eccentric??? Concentric???Eccentric - contractions where muscle lengthens.
Concentric - contraction where muscle shortens. - 5Example... Long Jumpextension at the knee
hamstrings - agonist
quadriceps - antagonist
isotonically working
concentric - 6Example... Scrumisometrically working see tense muscles but not visibly moving.
