2. PHASE 1

   • BY ITS NATURE
     • PERISHABLE CARGO: food products that lose physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics
     • FRAGILE CARGO: must be carried out with care, including careful packing, handling and moving operations.
     • DANGEROUS CARGO: cargo, chemical mixture or article that can cause damage to other products

3. PHASE 2

   • PACKING
     • It will ensure that merchandise arrives in good condition and is consistent with the shape, size and weight

   • PACKAGING
     • Box or cover with which the objects to be transported are protected.
       • Good packaging influences:
         • Quality and transport price
         • Quality and price of handling over coverage and cost of insurance

       • Determine conditioning
       • Know the legislation of the destination country
