     • Very large data storage facilities online

   • Benefits
     • A business can upload pictures to promote
     • Businesses can follow their competitors to see what there doing
   • Drawbacks
     • Scams + indemnity theft can occur
     • Distract from normal life
     • Time consuming
     • Some users may post too many personal details affecting work and private life

     • From: email address of sender

       • If not provided - could be considered as junk mail
       • Bad for businesses because the email could be not read
   • Body
     • Main contents of email
   • CC - carbon copy
     • Everyone who is sent email will receive it + see who else was sent the email
   • Bcc - blind carbon copy
     • People who were sent the email will not be shown
