  • prophase:the chromatin condences to form dence chromasomes
  • Metaphase:spindal fibres form and the chromasomes align in the center of the nucleus
  • Anaphase:the spindal fibres shorten and pull the double stranded chromasomes apart so there are an equal number of identical single stranded chromasomes on either side of the nucleus
  • teleophase:the nucliolus separates in the centre forming two seperate nuclei.
