1. sound

   • No Ringtone
     • Is it on silent?
       • Take it off silent
   • Too Quiet
     • Turn the volume up
       • If this doesn't help contact the supplier
   • No media sound
     • Go onto sound settings and turn up media volume
       • If this doesn't help contact the supplier

2. Screen/Display

   • Blank Screen
     • Is the Phone Charged If not charge it
       • If the phone doesn't charge the battery or the charger may have a problem
   • Display not working properly
   • Touchscreen not working
     • Is there water damage?
     • has the Phone been dropped
       • Contact your supplier to get your screen fixed

3. Camera

   • Blurry/dark pictures
   • Front/back camera not working
     • Is anything blocking the camera lens, if it is clean the lens
       • Contact your supplier
   • Flash not working
     • Check whether flash is turned on, if it isn't turn it on
       • Is the flashlight cracked
         • Contact your supplier

4. Battery

   • Broken Charger
   • Does the phone have a battery in it
   • Is the phone charged

5. Software

   • Apps not opening
   • UI not working properly
     • Has the phone been dropped if so contact your supplier
       • Has there been any water damage,
   • Cant Download apps
     • May not be enough storage, if this is the problem delete some apps or use an external storage device

6. Signal

   • Not connecting to wifi
   • Cant make/recive calls
   • Not connecting to 4g/3g

7. Storage

   • No remaining storage
     • Delete something
   • Photos not saving
     • Check whether the is space on the device, if not delete an app/ media file or put your photos on an external storage device
   • Apps can't do updates

8. Liquid Damage

   • Do not attempt to turn on your phone, take out the battery and leave to dry for 24 hours
     • If this doesn't work contact your supplier
