   • INTELIGENCIA LOGICA : Dos criterios basicos Calidad y Dedicacion
   • INTELIGENCIA LINGUISTICA: Explicar las razones del cambio y porque es necesario

4. DEBE CONTAR CON INICIATIVAS TALES COMO:

   • Alentar el pensamiento creativo
     • Clima experimental
       • Incentivios de aprendizaje
         • Fortaleza y confianza en la capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptacion
           • Aprendizaje individual y de equipo
             • Rentabilidad
               • Interes por los demas
