2. Networking Computers

   • Sharing of peripherals, allows team members to work on one project, reduces overall running costs, less responsibilities, more control for manager
   • Work slows down if network is busy, virus can spread quickly, work is restricted

3. Standards in ICT

   • Without communication between the computers and the peripherals, they cannot exchange information
   • Need to be talking the same language/protocol or standard
   • If the same standard not used, data transfer will not be possible

   • DVT
     • Sitting in a chair that puts pressure on the knees
