     • Due to the emotional impact of war, questions will be proposed with caution.
       • Respect that they have the right to not answer
     • Ensure each participant is willing to partake in the interview
     • Questions will be age appropriate
     • Thank you letters will be issued to acknowledge that I thank them for their help in conducting my research.
   • Recognise that they are experts in their feild

5. Internal procedures

   • School morals will not be breached whilst collecting the information
   • Appointments will be arranged ahead of time and the school will be notified of any conflicting times.

6. Audience

   • War is a sensitive topic, I must phrase my research appropriately to ensure its not insensitive to those who are reading it ,as they may have a personal connection with the topic.
   • The report will be written in the appropriate content, it will not be worded for the comphrehension of young children as the heaviness of war is something they should not be burdened with at such a young age.

7. Responsibility

   • Assumptions must not be made about the parties involved in the research as this invites bias points of views.

   • All information will be sourced legally and morally

8. Outside protocols

   • When visiting other places to conduct my research I will ensure that I follow the procedures enlisted at that site.
